After 15 years dedicated to the cultivation and harvesting of this gastronomic jewel, we are starting the phase of marketing to individuals, the HORECA channel, professionals in the food industry, and national and international wholesalers, in a professional and rigorous manner. This allows us to control the product from its origin to its consumption. We cultivate our own truffle farms located in the province of Guadalajara (Spain) and have a network of contacts with producers in different geographical areas, ensuring the supply of quality fresh truffles.
