As a family-owned medium-sized company, production is exclusively based in Germany. Modern technology, motivated and highly qualified employees, and investment in research and development form the foundation for continuous positive growth. Founded by Gerhard Tresselt in 1992, the company initially focused on the maintenance and repair of vibratory finishing systems from the former VEB Maschinenfabrik Großbreitenbach, as well as producing iron planers under the KUNZ® brand. However, it soon became a reliable partner for renowned mechanical engineering companies across Germany as a contract manufacturer. Here, the company is not only a partner for individual parts and small series; as a system supplier, it can also deliver complete assemblies. An exceptionally high level of manufacturing depth, including its own painting facilities, ensures production at the highest quality level. With now significantly over 20 employees, the company is prepared to tackle the upcoming challenges. This resulting high flexibility is a fundamental requirement to remain competitive in the market. Especially with the modern 5-axis machining centers from DMG and Hermle, where data from customer drawings can be directly transferred to the centers via Solidworks/Solidcam and corresponding post-processors, highly precise and complex parts up to 1000 mm in size can be manufactured economically and accurately.
