TOBY Schaum, founded in 1960, has been involved in the development of polyurethane molded parts for series production from the very beginning and can now draw on 50 years of experience. Our company thus possesses long-standing know-how in the realization of demanding customer projects from nearly all industrial sectors. TOBY Schaum produces molded parts from polyurethane integral foam (semi-rigid) in Shore hardnesses ranging from approximately 20 Shore 00 to approximately 90 Shore A, and molded parts from rigid foam (integral rigid foam and compact material) with molded part densities from approximately 200 kg/m3 to 1100 kg/m3.
