The range also offers professional solutions for the protection and decoration of exterior wood depending on its species. In addition to the B'LINEO range, specific products have been developed to protect wood and its derivatives against fire. Various techniques exist to protect buildings from fire risks, among which intumescent products are particularly effective. The F'LINEO range consists of intumescent products aimed at delaying the combustion of wood in the event of a fire. When wood treated with the intumescent product is exposed to the heat generated by the fire, it expands and forms a microporous foam called "meringue". This helps to delay the rise in temperature of the wood and limit the spread of the fire.
