History Founded in 1986 as a workshop for fragrance lamps in small basement rooms, the focus quickly expanded to include the necessary "Beiwerk", fragrance and essential oils. After just under two years, the spatial and production capacities were exhausted with a monthly production of 4,000 fragrance lamps. A move to new premises was imminent. At the same time, sales of essential oils grew disproportionately. Our high standards for the quality of the oils led to a rapidly growing demand for essential oils, solely through customer recommendations. Savings on marketing and advertising were directly invested in quality. Excellent quality at excellent conditions - our success has proven us right! With the move to new premises, the Susanne Wich GmbH was founded. The self-developed fragrance lamps were outsourced for contract manufacturing to ceramic workshops in the Westerwald. A new fully automated filling system enabled the necessary increase in production and allowed us to offer expanded services. Today, we manufacture complete customer assortments in the shortest time using fully automated filling and labeling machines, and can flexibly deliver everything from fragrance composition to finished retail packaging, depending on customer wishes. Quality We have remained true to our company philosophy - excellent quality at good conditions - to this day. On one hand, through our know-how regarding materials and processing techniques, and on the other hand, through our experiences with the raw material "essential oil" itself, we know how important it is to pay attention to quality. We only use undiluted and pure essential oils. All oils are subject to strict quality control and are tested for residues.
