Our production is located in the industrial area of Heiligenfeld in Horb am Neckar. Here, we manufacture the gearboxes and housings for our pumps. The complete assemblies are assembled in-house after production. At the assembly and testing stations, tightness, flow rate, torque, pressure, and vacuum are checked at various speeds and pressures. Short distances and flexible management ensure quick response times to customer requests and good service. SP BAUGRUPPEN With the SP assembly system, system solutions can be put together that are tailored to customer requirements. For example, the gearboxes can be precisely adjusted to the desired consumption to achieve energy savings. Thanks to the SP modular principle, we are able to quickly produce a sample. We also manufacture prototypes in various performance variants. INNENZAHNRAD-PUMPEN The size of a pump is not decisive for its quality and performance. What matters is the heart - the gear operation. It demonstrates its qualities in quiet operation even under high compression and allows for many maintenance-free operating hours. SP manufactures pumps in the performance range of 0.13 - 0.55 cm³/U for lubricating liquids. The sealing materials are tailored to each medium. Particularly noteworthy is the achievable vacuum of up to 8m. Various housing geometries are possible here. The housings are also available in gas nitrocarburized versions. ÖLBRENNERPUMPEN The SP oil burner pump has been manufactured for over 50 years and continuously developed. Here too, the option of using modules or variants of the assembly is utilized. In addition to the proven performance-adjustable gearboxes, pressure regulation using a membrane has proven effective in normal applications. Solenoid valves in various designs with different sealing materials, coils with various voltages, and customer-specific cable designs, as well as a filter with 100 cm², complement the product. More and more customers are also taking advantage of the option to have connection nipples attached, so they receive a ready-to-install product. Meeting individual customer requests is our strength, and we strive to fulfill them.
