SAKA SPIRITS is a young French house in the field of spirits, distinguished by the Gold Medal at the TopRum professional competition. Always in search of new experiences, we discover edible flowers through journeys that we macerate in rum. We create, produce, and sell a range of botanical rums to professionals (CHR, wine merchants & gourmet shops) and individuals. Today, we offer 2 different spirits: - MAFANA: This is our flagship product, made from Dominican amber rum, organic honey, organic cane sugar, and a maceration of flowers: the brèdes mafane. MAFANA is unique in the world for creating a natural effervescence in the mouth during tasting. This characteristic comes from the brède mafane, a flower discovered in Madagascar, now cultivated locally, in permaculture, organically without chemicals, ensuring excellent quality of the flowers and, consequently, of our spirits. - AGASTA: Our 2nd spirit was created from rum, organic honey, organic cane sugar, and a maceration of aniseed agastaches, edible flowers discovered in Canada. The aniseed agastaches create a sweet and elegant aromatic profile between licorice, anise, and fennel. Like all our flowers, the aniseed agastaches are cultivated locally in an organic manner.
