Expansion of our manufacturing program With the acquisition of a new 24 mm multi-stage press, we are now able to offer our customers flow-formed parts ranging from 2.4 mm to 24 mm for steel parts and up to approximately 27 mm for aluminum pressed parts. With six forming stages and a pressing force of 3200 KN, even complex and large parts can be produced. We manufacture pressed parts for well-known companies throughout Germany on multi-stage presses. Our production is order-based to meet customer-specific requirements. However, we also offer standard parts according to DIN. The company was founded by brothers Klaus and Erich Rempp. In the early 1990s, we expanded our capacities with the construction of a new factory building. At that time, Erich Rempp retired, and Klaus Rempp became the sole managing director. In 2004, the production area was doubled with a hall extension, and Daniel Rempp was appointed as another managing director.
