Quercus and Truffles has over 40 years of experience in the field of truffle cultivation. We are a family-owned business located in El Toro (Castellón), an ideal area for the cultivation of black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum). Our main strength is our ability to cover the entire life cycle of truffle cultivation without intermediaries. Production: In our nurseries, we inoculate our plants every year. Plantation: We have our own plantations where we harvest our own truffles. Harvesting: Every year, from November to March, we collect the production. Marketing and Sales: We sell the truffles ensuring a direct channel without intermediaries. In short, we are producers, truffle growers, harvesters, and marketers of black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum). Our goal is to offer the highest quality truffles while shortening delivery times to ensure the product arrives in optimal conditions. We also offer a wide variety of dehydrated mushrooms, especially morels.
