ProTec Metalltechnik GmbH has a long history as a specialist in small series, special series, and prototypes. Since September 2019, ProTec Metalltechnik GmbH has been part of the production network of Jilin Jinhong Autoparts Group and has expanded its portfolio to include the design and manufacturing of stamping and forming tools, as well as the production of plastic injection molded parts and aluminum die-cast components. Materials: As a system supplier, we process high-strength and ultra-high-strength steels, aluminum, and plastics to meet the increasing demands of our customers. Our manufacturing in Germany: With our manufacturing processes - 3D and 2D laser cutting, - laser stamping, - bending, - joining, - MIG-MAG-TIG welding, and - 3D plastic printing, we produce components and assemblies with simple and complex geometries for the automotive and metal industries. Our manufacturing in China: The Jilin Jinhong Autoparts Group was founded in 2005 and currently employs more than 900 staff at 10 locations in China. The group's core competencies include the design of stamping and forming tools and the mass production of body structure parts, the production of injection molded parts, and electronic components for the automotive industry. Jilin Jinhong Autoparts Group is a Tier A supplier for VW, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Toyota, and FAW.
