Our Pasta Factory was established in 2018 with a distinctly traditional vocation, aimed at producing superior quality pasta using artisanal techniques. We produce both classic and regional dry pasta, while respecting the environment and people's health. It all starts with a careful selection of Sicilian and Italian semolina and other raw materials, assembled using the same techniques of the past: slow mixing, bronze dies, hand rolling on frames, and low-temperature drying (maximum 45° for drying times up to 36 hours), staying true to pasta-making traditions in a suitable environment that complies with all regulations. The grains we choose for our pasta are primarily grown and processed in Sicily. Since our inception, we have focused on our craftsmanship, flexibility, and the experience gained in the field to develop market niches that represent a vital segment for the pasta industry, combining the product with a service that meets the real needs of shops and restaurants. This is a must that we strive to implement in every area, and at the same time, we aspire to be a point of reference.
