The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Ciccarello is obtained from healthy olives hand-picked directly from the trees, from the following varieties: Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice, and Cerasuola. Additionally, another variety present in the area, Giarraffa, may contribute up to 5%. The production area extends to the mountainous territory of Alto Agrigentino, characterized by a deep-rooted tradition in olive cultivation and an ancient practice in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
