Ing. Jack Smit is a down-to-earth entrepreneur from North Holland who, in his role as managing director of several companies with more than 100 employees, faced high absenteeism and/or stress complaints that jeopardized project realization. Just the thought of having to return to the same workplace could trigger panic. I have been working for over 5 years with people suffering from burnout, trauma, anxiety, and issues related to their past. Through my extensive training and experience, I have developed a unique method over the years that is effective and works quickly, without requiring my clients to relive their traumas or fears.
