Customer satisfaction is the top priority for the company. Therefore, great emphasis is placed on detailed, personal consultation and a straightforward purchasing process. This concept seems to be working, as the Maschinenring Westfalen-Lippe now employs ten staff members. Consequently, just two years after the company's founding, a larger office was occupied. Due to the continuously growing product range, a larger warehouse had to be found shortly thereafter, ensuring that the company can continue to grow steadily in the future.
