MIP PLASTIC GROUP

With many years of experience in plastic injection and extrusion, the MIP Plastic Group produces plastic parts in ISO 7 clean rooms for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. This human-sized group has 4 production sites in the Northwest: MIP (Nord-Sarthe), PHARMAVAL Plastic, PHARMATEC Plastic, and NORSTICK (Eure). We produce plungers (plastic extrusion) as well as various medical devices (plastic injection) and other injected plastic parts for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. From idea to finished product, MIP Plastic supports you in the development of your design and manufacturing projects for thermoplastic parts in the medical device sector. MIP Plastic has 55 robotic injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 400 tons and about ten extrusion lines. MIP Plastic also offers manual and automatic assembly, pad printing, packaging, and storage of your plastic parts. Thanks to its design office and its industrialization and mold expertise service, MIP accompanies you throughout the project in material selection, product design, while meeting the product specifications. Furthermore, our quality service ensures regulatory monitoring as well as microbiological analysis, metrological controls, and qualifications QI, QO, QP.
