MEISTER GMBH

In 1994, Josef Meister founded Meister Edelstahlverarbeitung as a one-man operation in the garage of his home. In the same year, a commercial property was purchased, and the first hall of 150 m² was built, along with the hiring of an apprentice. Two years later, the production area was expanded by 150 m². The main products manufactured were conveyor systems and special machines made of stainless steel. The next expansion took place in 1999, with an increase of 300 m² in production space. By then, four employees were employed. In 2002, the first laser cutting machine was purchased, marking the beginning of contract manufacturing. A sheet metal storage hall was added. The office building, a self-constructed design made of stainless steel, glass, and wood, was erected. The production area was again expanded by 460 m². The second flatbed laser was purchased. Thus, the first laser cutting machine was used solely for cutting black sheet metal, while the new laser was used for stainless steel and aluminum. The next expansion occurred in 2012, with an increase of 700 m² in production space. The purchase of the tube laser cutting machine followed. To modernize our warehouse, a fully automated sheet metal high-bay storage system was acquired.
