Les Ruchers De Normandie It is a beekeeping farm Founded 18 years ago in the heart of Normandy, in the Pays d'Ouche. It currently consists of 1200 colonies, part of which is in production and part made up of young swarms established on-site. The natural environment allows us to produce spring flower honey, hawthorn, summer flower honey, as well as rarer honeys such as buckwheat and fennel. In order to expand our range while ensuring the origin of our honeys, we are required to move our hives up to 2.5 hours away, which allows us to offer you beautiful linden, forest, and acacia and lavender honey. Since the beginning, we have been developing recipes based on our honeys such as pure honey gingerbread (old recipes without sugar, milk, eggs, or fats); natural, with fig or orange. We also make a delicious soft nougat with honey, made from French almonds, more honey, and a minimum of sugar to hold the paste together, and vanilla from Réunion... We prepare our jams in a copper cauldron using French fruits of selected varieties for their taste quality, in which we replace part of the sugar with honey.
