LES NOMINETTES

After 16 years of cultivating the Champagne lands, we became pasta producers in 2015, with our brand Les Nominettes. Our pasta is made from soft wheat and durum wheat grown locally, sourced from sustainable agriculture. Les Nominettes are a 100% local product, showcasing the excellence of simplicity. Our production workshop is nestled at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. To preserve the quality of our pasta, we use Aurèle spring water, sourced deeply from Jandun in the Ardennes. The pasta is made with love, and we place great importance on local know-how. We distribute Les Nominettes primarily in producer shops, gourmet grocery stores, and restaurants. Many Michelin-starred chefs prepare Les Nominettes in various creative ways. Our products come in different varieties: La Nature, la Gourmande, a clever blend of soft wheat and durum wheat. La Semi-Complète and La Complète, Blé-Sarrasin, la Champenoise, Pennes Blé Ancien, tagliatelle, spaghetti, and our organic pasta, made from spelt. For children: fun-shaped pasta with amusing forms such as rabbit, tractor, or dinosaur.
