LeHA GmbH is a small, innovative company from southern Saxony-Anhalt, located right in the center of Germany's northernmost wine region, the Saale-Unstrut Valley. Since 2002, LeHA has been active in the German food market and can look back on a true success story. Driven by a strong capacity for innovation, the company has continuously expanded and developed its product portfolio. The company has evolved from a regional provider of a lactose-free cream substitute based on plants to a Europe-wide operating company with numerous purely vegan products. Under the brand Schlagfix, it is now one of the best-known suppliers of purely plant-based milk substitute products. A special quality feature of Schlagfix products is their particularly authentic taste and flawless functionality, which often provides customers with a broader range of applications than comparable animal products, thus also appealing to "non-vegans". Fewer calories, perfectly tolerable, lactose-free, gluten-free, and cholesterol-free... there are many arguments in favor of Schlagfix's plant-based products. Through extensive listings in German retail, steady growth has been achieved.
