B&G specializes in the production of spheres for industrial valves for water, air, and gas systems. Thanks to its advanced technology and the use of precision CNC machinery, diamond-coated and chrome-plated spheres are produced with precision thickness, ensuring absolutely superior quality for the product. The produced spheres are classified into two main sectors: standard valve spheres and special valve spheres. The production of valve spheres occurs in various ways, starting from bundles of brass bars or from solid, hollow, or shell-cast brass spheres. After this selection and initial processing, the production of valve spheres requires additional processes such as milling, drilling, and diamond finishing to complete the finishing process of your spheres, making them perfect. At the end of the mechanical processing, the sphere undergoes a surface treatment of chrome plating, nickel plating, Teflon coating, and T.E.A. ® coating, which prevents your valve spheres from releasing harmful substances into the environment, such as lead and nickel. The galvanic treatment of spheres is the final process that even more effectively determines the perfection of your valve spheres. Finally, the control phase is carried out through manual checks performed by dedicated personnel who meticulously and manually verify each sphere produced in the various production processes.
