Koekjes Bossuyt is a Belgian artisanal biscuit maker. You will find traditional biscuits such as the carré confiture, frangipane, waffles, and rocks. Unique to Koekjes Bossuyt is the fact that most biscuits are available in three different categories: traditional, organic, or no added sugar. For us, craftsmanship is paramount. We remain true to our traditional recipes while modernizing our production to always offer the best products. Koekjes Bossuyt was founded in 1983 by the Bossuyt family in Roulers. This family started by making bread and pastries. Bread and pastries were quickly abandoned. Through acquisitions in the biscuit sector, the company continued to grow by expanding its range. In 2009, after 30 years of management by the Bossuyt family, Koekjes Bossuyt was taken over by a new generation. The company is developing thanks to passion and innovation.
