We are a restaurant located in Koper. Our culinary and catering story began with ice cream, so we still pay extra attention to it today. We have over 35 different flavors, some very special, such as lavender, olive oil with lemon, raspberry, rosemary, and khaki. Ice cream is made from fresh milk, cream, and cocoa butter. We use hazelnuts, chocolate, and fresh fruit for flavor. We also offer ice creams that are made exclusively from fruit, are gluten-free, and 100% vegan. Our showcases are always full of desserts. We make fresh cakes and individual portion cakes daily. We also cater to vegans, those on the LCHF diet, metabolics, and others with specific dietary needs. Desserts are made from real chocolate, eggs, butter, nuts, flour, cottage cheese, fruit, and so forth. In this way, we express respect for natural, fresh, and local ingredients. Our pastry chef Ana enjoys creating different, sometimes very daring desserts, where she uses atypical ingredients such as lavender, cactus, black vanilla, olive oil, and rosemary.
