Today, over 180 employees are working for the fourth generation of our family business. In modern manufacturing facilities, high-precision deep-drawn parts are produced from stainless steel, steel, and non-ferrous metals. The focus of our production is on thin-walled and mostly rotationally symmetrical hollow bodies with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 2.3 mm. Here, not only are tight tolerances in dimensions, shape, and position to be achieved, but we also meet high standards for the surface quality of the components. The cleanliness of the components to be produced is also playing an increasingly important role. If necessary, the surfaces of the components are mechanically or electroplated post-processed. Annually, our company processes about 1,200 tons of stainless steel, 1,800 tons of steel, and 80 tons of non-ferrous metals. The know-how of our employees, combined with state-of-the-art production facilities, enables us to manufacture the most complex geometries, which in extreme cases require over 20 forming steps. And this is done while adhering to the required precision and quality. We deliver our products to many destinations worldwide, where they become components of assemblies in nearly all areas of the automotive industry and many different industries.
