For centuries, traditional benches had only one purpose: to be a place to sit. As technology and public spaces evolved together, benches remained the same. Our mission to reinvent the idea of a bench began in 2015 when we launched Steora Standard - the first connected bench mass-produced for public spaces. Since then, we have developed several Steora models as well as additional options. Today, what the connected Steora bench can do is incredible - from charging phones, headphones, smartwatches, or electric bikes, to providing Wi-Fi, and even heating the surrounding space in winter.
