"HPC" Produktions GmbH is a medium-sized industrial company based in Seeboden am Millstättersee, employing around 75 people in Austria. Since its founding in 1979, the company has been active in the machine tool construction sector and today positions itself as a supplier of machine tools for series production, seeing itself as a partner to customers and particularly realizing custom solutions according to customer requirements. The product range includes components for chip-removing machining such as multi-spindle drilling heads or milling heads, as well as tool spindles, spindle units, and driven tools, along with electric drives, FSW spindles, or tool turrets. HELLMERICH technology is primarily used in the production lines of the automotive and commercial vehicle industries and is suitable for both classic machining centers and lathes, rotary indexing machines, special machines, transfer lines, and transfer centers. Components processed include, among others, engine and transmission parts, structural components, parts of the vehicle chassis, or braking systems. HELLMERICH also manufactures precision parts and assembles units such as spindles, gears, and fixtures according to customer specifications. The integrated management system also includes the requirements of ISO9001 and ISO14001. To ensure high quality standards, nearly the entire value chain at HELLMERICH is represented in-house with state-of-the-art equipment.
