HEEG Konstruktion & Maschinenbau GmbH is a company founded in 2009, specializing in the design and construction of special machines, plant components, as well as fixtures and assembly systems of various kinds. • This includes planning and delivery, as well as commissioning at the customer’s site. • Furthermore, we support our customers with system solutions for automation and production optimization. • Designs are created using 3D CAD software SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as the corresponding pneumatic system planning and design with appropriate pneumatic tools. Through close collaboration with external companies for electrical equipment and programming, the program can be completed as a full system supplier. The company was initially based in the market town of Hösbach in the local industrial area in 2009. The office space and assembly area quickly became too small, leading us to move in October 2012 to our newly built premises at Daimlerstraße 17 in Aschaffenburg. Due to the central location in the "Strietwald" industrial area with direct access to the A3 Frankfurt > Würzburg, our activities extend beyond the Rhine-Main region to the entire world. Currently, we employ 9 full-time staff and an additional 2 part-time employees, who meet the tasks required by our customers with a high level of qualification. Through regular training, we keep up with the state of the art. Implementation of customer-specific production goals. The development of a special machine usually begins with the specifications document, which takes all customer specifications into account. In close collaboration with the client, we develop suitable concepts and proposals for implementing the desired functions. Once the best concept and design for the requirements is found, it is developed, tested, and implemented by our project team. This includes both the in-house development of special components and custom solutions, as well as the specification and selection of available components and standard products on the market.
