GHS Plastic GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1869 and currently managed by the 5th generation. GHS has over 30 years of experience in the development, production, and distribution of injection-molded parts. GHS specializes in the production of molded parts made from rigid PVC and PVDF, as well as the development and manufacturing of two-component rollers for the escalator industry. GHS Plastic GmbH manufactures plastic parts using injection molding machines from Engel and Demag, utilizing most thermoplastic materials. Modern injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 kN to 6500 kN are available, capable of producing molded parts weighing up to 3150 g (PS). We offer: - Consultation on tool and part development - Support in material selection - Assistance in choosing the appropriate manufacturing process - Production/procurement of prototype parts if needed - For small series/pre-series tools, manufacturing with aluminum tools or steel molds with loose parts is possible - Upon order placement: handling, production monitoring, modification, and optimization of your injection molds and injection-molded parts until they reach series production (mass production) - On request, creation of initial sample inspection reports - Follow-up work such as assembly, drilling, turning, milling, and finishing (printing, painting, galvanizing) is possible
