Gerhard Klein Verpackungen GmbH & Co. KG – Wholesale and reconditioner for industrial packaging. The company was founded in 1892 and has been able to expand its experience through a long tradition up to the present day. We trade and recondition large-volume transport packaging, such as lid and bung barrels made of steel sheet, Hobbocks, drums, PE barrels, and fiber drums, as well as IBC containers/combination IBC and accessories. During reconditioning, the already used packaging is cleaned, maintained, rebottled, tested for tightness, and made available to the market again. This creates a cycle that not only protects resources but also recycles packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. The media that will be refilled later are very diverse in their type and form – from food to chemicals, liquid, pasty, solid, or even as powder and granulate. Especially when it comes to hazardous goods, it is of course important to prioritize safety for people and the environment. To ensure this, we are monitored by the BAM (Bundesamt für Materialforschung) in Berlin and are certified according to GGR-001. Additionally, we hold certificates according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and are a certified waste management company. Only in this way can we adapt to the constantly new quality and safety requirements and rely on standardized quality.
