Founded in 1964 within the metal transformation sector, FORJAS DE VIANA is a modern and dynamic forging company that works to provide our customers with the most complete and reliable service. We specialize in the manufacture of forged steel parts according to the needs of clients from various sectors. We have five different production lines capable of forging parts weighing between 100 gr. and 20 Kg. For greater control over the quality of processes, we take care of such an important step in the forging production as creating the mold or die. Our Engineering Department is responsible for the Design and Manufacturing of the Dies to achieve the desired result. We have the most modern systems, so that starting from a plan or a sample piece from the client, we can recreate a 3D model with the possibility of printing it in plastic or simulating the Forging process, thus optimizing the manufacturing of the tools. FORJAS DE VIANA manufactures hot forged parts of up to 20 Kg. in steel, whether carbon, alloyed, or stainless, for different industrial sectors. Hot stamping forging, design and manufacturing of dies, and machining of parts.
