Floraison Sauvage is an independent exploration microbrewery that creates unique beers. There are three ranges: the standard range, the signature range, and the vox populi range. ------ Standard Range: - "Ma Copine" 5.1% Alc: the ginger red ale & rice flakes. The crowd-pleaser! With very subtle notes, it converts non-beer drinkers into beer drinkers. - "Brut Smoke IPA" 4.1% Alc: a white beer, bitter & smoky at the same time! Yes, you read that right. Smoky, like a smoked sausage. A complex beer that surprises and is quite popular. - "Douce Fumée" 3.8% Alc: a RAW Session White! No cooking involved in the process. That means, no bitterness, the protein has not been coagulated.
