EKT Thalheim and Das Kofferwerk GmbH was founded in 1998 from the former Thalheim suitcase factory in the Erzgebirge region. The production of travel suitcases and leather goods has been adapted to current market demands and the required parameters for our certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. After renewing the entire machinery, training the specialized staff, and establishing our own CAD department, we can produce all desired covers, technical containers, packaging, and special items according to customer price expectations. We develop, manufacture, and sell customized products in the areas of sewing technical products, technical suitcases, and leather goods. We combine the craftsmanship tradition of a manufacturing workshop with the latest production methods.
