Leading Market Position Since 1973 Dichtungstechnik GmbH was founded in early 1973 by Kurt Baader as a privately owned sole proprietorship. He successfully managed our company until 2007. Continuous Growth with Parker-Prädifa Since November 1973, we have been operating as the German Parker-Prädifa contractual representation. Partnering with this global player headquartered in the USA and with German facilities in Pleidelsheim and Bietigheim-Bissingen, the company has grown continuously. The new building in Bensheim in 1989 laid another cornerstone for steady growth. It is worth mentioning that Dichtungstechnik GmbH has been certified according to KTA 1401 since 1998. This standard was replaced in 2011 by the management system DIN ISO 9001:2008, which is now actively implemented in our daily operations. In 2010, Sibylle Rauber, who had previously worked as a procurator in the company for 16 years, took over the management and continuously expanded the work of her predecessor. Today, the focus areas are Packing and O-Rings. A comprehensive and well-organized warehouse, as well as meeting customer-specific requirements and special solutions, are the foundation of our success. Not least, the fact that several million seals have left our premises towards customers in recent decades speaks for itself.
