We are producers and packagers affiliated with the DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN SAFFRON FROM LA MANCHA. We cover the entire process, from planting the bulb to packaging and marketing, including the harvesting and cleaning of the flowers and the toasting of the threads. We only work with saffron from our own harvest and from the D.O. Under no circumstances do we handle imported saffron or saffron of inferior quality. We guarantee values that far exceed the standards established by the UNE-ISO 3632-1 (2011) norm, which indicates that our saffron falls into TYPE I (the highest possible quality). We achieve a CROCIN level exceeding 280 points. Our company is NOT solely established to generate economic profit. We have a strong commitment to our natural, cultural, and social environment. We practice organic farming because we do not want to condemn our land or our waters. We teach our youth how an ancient crop offers an alternative for their future in the 21st century, applying sustainable management and adapting the business model to the global environment in which the market is immersed.
