We are a medium-sized, family-owned company based in Rottenacker in the heart of Upper Swabia. Since our founding over 50 years ago, we have established a strong reputation particularly in the fields of steel and mechanical engineering as well as conveyor and lifting technology. However, we have also made a name for ourselves outside these areas due to our broad expertise and high flexibility in custom single and special productions. As a company with a flat and lean structure, we are able to respond quickly to individual customer requests and develop economical solutions. Our offerings range from conceptual planning and design of components - supported by current CAD and FEM software - to machining and forming processes, as well as welding on modern machines with NC and robotic technology, all the way to the final assembly of complete assemblies. The name DALHEIMER stands for high-quality products, competence, and reliability in processing and delivery among customers both domestically and internationally. For this reason, our long-standing customer base includes leading and well-known manufacturers from the crane construction, lifting and conveyor technology, construction machinery, intralogistics, and stage technology sectors. To ensure our quality, we work with a quality management system according to ISO 9001 and regularly conduct work and process inspections. These include, for example, surface crack testing, macro grinding, and static calculations. These procedures can be carried out directly in-house. Through regular investments in our location, we ensure that our production is always up to date with the latest technology. Thus, we are not only a reliable partner for our customers but also a modern and attractive employer for the people in the region.
