With the help of qualified employees and state-of-the-art production facilities in Switzerland, Germany, and Mexico, the Christ & Heiri Group manufactures precision parts of the highest quality. We specialize in the production of worms, gears, pinions, and pinion shafts. Our full range of services can be covered—from highly efficient mass production to the manufacturing of complex small series. Customers from the automotive industry, building automation, gearbox construction, the watch industry, and other sectors rely on the products of the Christ & Heiri Group. As a specialist in gearing and turning, the Christ & Heiri Group has modern and highly efficient production sites in Switzerland, Germany, and Mexico. On a total area of around 6,000 m², over 2 million gearing parts are produced weekly. The production, testing, and packaging of the parts are mostly fully automated, allowing for continuous production (24/7). The Christ & Heiri Group has around 100 gearing machines and 50 lathes in total. For us, the impeccable quality of the products manufactured for you is paramount. Accordingly, we continuously audit and improve our processes. Today, we hold IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications at our locations in Switzerland and Germany. In 2020, we also completed ISO 9001:2015 certification for our site in Mexico.
