Chanvr'eel: the first Alsatian company specializing in organic food and cosmetic hemp. An atypical and eco-responsible project aimed at reviving and democratizing the historical cultivation of hemp in the Alsace region. It is a historical and highly ecological crop that requires no irrigation, purifies the air and soil, and even nourishes bees. You will find hemp in all its forms, from superfood to hemp seeds (which are very rich in protein and fiber), cold-pressed and raw oil (preserving its qualities and oil), as well as cosmetics (balms and soaps). The quality of our organic products: Raw quality, the seeds are processed at a temperature below 42°C to preserve all their qualities and virtues. This applies to the drying after harvest up to the transformation in our workshop or that of our partners in almost all of our products. Hemp seed oil is slowly extracted through first cold pressing and raw processing, then naturally decanted without prior filtration for several weeks in a cool place away from light and heat. The batches of seeds received are systematically analyzed and, if necessary, rejected if they do not meet standards. The nutritional values of the oil, the acidity and peroxide index, as well as the saponification index (for cosmetic manufacturing) have been analyzed in the laboratory to guarantee you quality products.
