The three guest rooms of L'Echappée Belle offer comfort and tranquility within an 18th-century farmhouse, located three thousand meters from the Loire River, between the town of Gien and the Briare Canal Bridge in the Val de Loire. This base is ideal for enjoying the surrounding nature or visiting the numerous sites, parks, and castles in the area. On the agenda: - Numerous visits such as the Carolingian Oratory of Germigny des Prés, the Abbey of Fleury in Saint Benoit sur Loire, the castle of Sully sur Loire, Chamerolles, La Bussière, the Briare Canal Bridge, the Arboretum of Grandes Bruyères or that of Barres, the Moraille Rose Garden or the Park of the Javelière Manor... - Cycling or walking in the Orléans forest, along the canal of the same name, or on the banks of the Loire - Wildlife observation, migratory birds, ospreys, deer rutting... - Fishing in the Loire or in the nearby streams - Relaxing on the terrace by the pool, in the garden hammocks, or in your cozy room. All rooms have the charm of old woodwork but all the modern comforts. They all feature a private bathroom and toilet, a queen-size bed, a welcome tray, storage, Wi-Fi, a television upon request, access to the herbal tea area, the library, board games, and a workspace.
