CasoCleanCheck GbR specializes in the testing of technical cleanliness of components. For this purpose, we utilize a specialized analytical device. In addition to residual dirt analysis on functional components, we have also specialized in the testing of decorative components. As component cleanliness increasingly becomes a quality characteristic and is more frequently noted on drawings (CCC = component cleanliness code), the measurement of this parameter plays a significant role. We employ methods and standards specifically developed for this purpose, allowing us to produce fast, reliable, reproducible, and cost-effective results. The residual dirt analyses conducted comply with the standards of the new VDA 19 (ISO16232). Our clients include some of the most renowned automotive suppliers.
