The company Camisana s.n.c. was founded in 1978; it specializes in the processing and molding of technical articles made from rubber, silicone, rubber/silicone-metal, and rubber/silicone-plastic according to specifications. It employs a specialized workforce and implements a quality system that adheres to rules and procedures, allowing for proper management of the production system and enabling the delivery of quality products at competitive costs. We work with and mold all types of elastomers, platinum and peroxide silicone, natural and synthetic rubber, producing over 1,000 custom technical articles such as anti-vibration mounts, caps, collectors, flat and shaped gaskets, sleeves, O-rings, cable glands, feet, spheres, bellows, stators, buffers, plugs, suction cups, etc. Camisana produces organic and silicone rubber spheres for leading and qualified manufacturers of vibratory screens and nutation screens, providing them with a product tailored to their customer's needs. In the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, the spheres are molded with appropriate materials certified by the FDA and are ground and sanitized after production. Similarly, in the plastic, wood, and recycling sectors, as well as in metallurgy, glass, ceramics, sand, and minerals industries, every application requires cleaning spheres with optimal characteristics: bounce, antistatic properties, resistance to wear, corrosion, load, and temperature.
