The CNC machining of metals is our specialty. Let our technical capabilities convince you. The CNC machining of the workpieces is carried out according to customer specifications and dimensions. For CNC turning, we can process a maximum diameter of 300 mm and a length of up to 1000 mm, while for CNC milling, the maximum on the X-axis is 1200 mm, on the Y-axis 350 mm, and on the Z-axis 350 mm. The maximum working area for long workpieces is 2100 mm on the X-axis, 200 mm on the Y-axis, and 350 mm on the Z-axis. In CNC machining, we adhere precisely to your requirements. To this end, we transfer the data and drawings according to which the desired components are to be manufactured into our 3D CAD/CAM systems. These can directly accept any common data format, thus preventing information loss. As one of the first companies in the industry to use electronically controlled machines, we now have extensive technical facilities and a state-of-the-art machine park. In addition to our own screen printing department, a laboratory, and a filling station, we work with a whole range of high-quality machines, including injection molding machines, pick-and-place robots, packaging machines, lid application systems, and ultrasonic welding devices.
