Poèm, a craft organic brewery that docked at the Brest quays in 2017. Brewing a wide range of characterful beers, 100% made in France, produced at the tip of Brittany. Originally, an idea; to create an authentic, organic beer that reflects and evokes the love of the sea and all the poetry that surrounds it. To bring this dream to life, passionate people and quality products are needed. Poèm is a product rooted in its territory and also a social space. A place where the products of the land meet the people of the sea, brewing a blend as surprising as it is poetic. Today, 7 tides have passed, and a team of 15 people brings the brewery to life in tune with the seasons. Brewing eight beer recipes year-round and a lemonade. Using raw materials that are almost exclusively Breton. All of this is punctuated by ephemeral and seasonal recipes for which our brewers dare to brave the seven seas, to take you on a journey and discover tropical hops or spices as surprising as they are exotic. A poetry that exports itself throughout Brittany, and perhaps beyond, to our 300 resellers who share our values.
