Mobile machine technology - on trailers and 7.5 t trucks - guarantees flexible application possibilities. The powdered building material is pneumatically conveyed through a pipe, DN 80, into the mixer and processed with the addition of water, according to the specified water/binder value. The suspension is transported into the cavity via the pump, which moves the material smoothly and can transport it several hundred meters through flexible hose lines as needed. Highly flowable, homogeneous suspensions allow for pumping distances of up to 4000 m! We are capable of filling cavities of up to 1400 m³ per day with our partners (material manufacturers and freight forwarders). Compressive strengths of up to 25 N/mm² and densities of 0.60 - 1.80 t/m³ allow for a variety of different application possibilities: low densities < 1.0 t/m³ to prevent floating, e.g., of a water-filled inliner, i.e., low weight load for large-volume fillings medium densities approx. 1.5 t/m³ well-flowing suspension for standard fillings high densities > 1.7 t/m³ intentional floating, e.g., of the liner, high load
