Stamping and Bending Parts, Stamped Parts, Prototypes – All from a Single Source We see ourselves as specialists in the design and production of stamping and bending parts, including the construction and manufacturing of the necessary tools. In three facilities, experts turn your design wishes into reality, utilizing a machine park of over 50 bending and stamping machines, 6 stamping systems, and integrable additional equipment for threading, assembly, laser welding, as well as facilities for vibratory finishing, polishing, and tempering. The depth of manufacturing at BKM is exceptionally high, allowing us to carry out the core processes for tool and part production entirely in-house. Flexibility and Functionality We are well-equipped to meet any quantity requirements of our customers. With our BIHLER BNC manufacturing systems in the stamping and bending sector, developed in collaboration with the machine manufacturer, we excel in both small and medium series. Our ability to efficiently handle setup processes even for complex parts enables us to implement these quantities rationally and economically. For large series, we continue to manufacture on cam-controlled bending and stamping machines, often with camera monitoring and, if necessary, in 24/7 operation with automatic container changers. Quality Assurance We maintain a QM system according to IATF 16949:2016 and voluntarily undergo regular environmental audits according to QuB.
