B&S Metallbe- und -verarbeitungs GmbH was founded in 1993 in Zwönitz, located in the Erzgebirge region, and is now a 100% subsidiary of GSC Schwörer GmbH. In 2001, the medium-sized company moved to its new location in the "Am Windberg" industrial area, which has since been continuously expanded and developed. On approximately 22,000 m² of land and 8,500 m² of production space, around 100 skilled workers operate in a multi-shift system with more than 60 modern CNC machines. The Saxon company produces CNC precision products for customers in Germany and Europe, both in contract and in-house manufacturing. The manufacturing processes used include turning, milling, gear cutting, broaching, and shaping. Another focus of the company is the assembly of components according to customer specifications. Our Competencies CNC Turning We manufacture for you on modern CNC automatic machines in the bar area up to 65 mm; the automatic loading machines are supported by robotic loading and pickup stations. We offer you a wide range in the diameter ranges of 8 to 400 mm. For batch sizes between 50 and 10,000 pieces, we are particularly attractive for you! CNC Milling With our four-axis milling centers, we are able to realize dimensions of 600 mm x 400 mm x 500 mm for you in two working spaces. Supplementary Technologies We complement our manufacturing focuses of turning and milling with the technologies of shaping, gear cutting, and broaching. This allows us to provide complete processing of your products. Surface Treatments Our long-standing collaboration with certified partners enables us to offer all types of surface treatments as well as various hardening processes from a single source. Assembly of Components According to your individual requirements, we also assemble components for you at B&S. Materials and Procurement We machine all common materials, such as bar stock, cast parts, or forged parts for you. Even difficult-to-machine materials are not a problem for B&S. We provide solutions for our customers. Our purchasing department has contacts in global procurement markets - an additional advantage for you as a customer.
