KG is a family business with a long tradition. The roots of the company date back to the 19th century. In 1918, the great-grandmother of the current managing director, Adele Haim, founded the Allgemeine Assanierungsgesellschaft Haim & Comp. Through restructuring and adjustments to economic requirements, the Assanierungsgesellschaft Michael Singer Ges.m.b.H. & Co. KG was established in 1979. Since the founding of the Assanierungsgesellschaft Michael Singer Ges.m.b.H. & Co. KG, the range of services has been continuously expanded. This performance has also been rewarded with various awards: in 2002, our company received the Innovation Award, and in 2004, KR Michael Singer became part of the "Trio of the Year" in the services sector – an award from the magazine TREND for small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria.
