ARCARI BACKWAREN AG

For nearly 40 years, Arcari has been producing Chüechli. Chüechli are loved by everyone – this was already noted by the senior manager André Arcari when he was still running the Feldschlösschen in Lenzburg. After a hard day's work, guests always asked for his "Chäschüechli", which he prepared fresh each time. The Chüechli and their baker soon became the talk of the town, and no forest hut festival, garden party, or local pub wanted to miss out on them. After closing the restaurant, André Arcari set up a bakery at Bahnhofstrasse 40. From then on, he produced Chüechli that were sold frozen and could be baked at any time – long before frozen food companies and large distributors jumped into the same business.
