THE TEAM: Améno, that's us! Thibaud Payan, artistic director at an advertising agency, and Arnaud Monin, logistics director in Lyon and Marseille. Two friends from winemaking families who dare to brew beer in the land of vines. OUR VALUES - Eco-responsible: Our recipes are crafted from organic ingredients. By cultivating our own hops, we are self-sufficient and reduce the carbon footprint of our activities. - Ethical and local: At every stage of our operations, we strive to create social and economic synergy with local partners. - Quality: A Belgian brewing technique known as "multi-step" and reliable production processes ensure stable and high-quality beers. THE PROJECT - Hops that we cultivate: From the earth to the glass. For complete control, we have been growing our own hops since 2019. It is the marker of our terroir thanks to our 320 plants of the cascade variety. - Beers that we brew: From brewing to bottling, we carry out all production steps within our brewery. We produce 600 hl spread across a range of 9 beers. - A brew pub to share: A village square spirit with concerts, exhibitions, and food trucks. It’s also the place where we test our new recipes directly with our customers!
