The main service we offer is home assistance from AINLAB, aimed at maintaining the daily life of individuals in their family environment with maximum autonomy and quality of life. To achieve this, we have a flexible support and care system based on Person-Centered Care that provides high-quality home care (shared with the family caregiver whenever possible) and promotes autonomy for the normal development of daily activities: personal hygiene, meals, cleaning, companionship, pharmaceutical management, home treatments, housing adaptation… AINLAB (Labor Integration Association for People at Risk of Exclusion) was established in response to the growing demand from the Canary Islands community, exacerbated by the economic crisis and the situation caused by COVID, which has affected thousands of Spaniards and non-Spaniards. One of the major consequences of this crisis has been the social exclusion resulting from job loss experienced by thousands of workers, leading to a despair that can become defining in our society for this group, as well as others we include in social integration, such as migrants, former drug addicts, the unemployed, individuals over 45 years old, single parents, victims of abuse, people with disabilities, etc.
