AGK® manufactures custom components for thermal and electrical insulation. According to customer specifications, CNC production is carried out from single pieces to small series. We produce components up to 1300x3400mm for your applications and provide advice on design and thermal calculations. Over 100 multifunctional insulating materials are available for this purpose. | The DuroBest® materials || are particularly suitable for high-strength electrically insulating machine components. Thermosetting materials that can also be used as pressure-resistant insulation up to 280°C. | K-Therm® materials || are additionally temperature-resistant up to 1500°C. A material series up to 800°C is suitable for pressure-resistant electrical insulation. Mechanically stable insulating components can be produced from ceramic semi-finished products up to 1200°C. | The GleitTherm® material series || is specifically designed for special sliding applications up to 600°C, from chain sliding rails to wear-free sliding bearings. In addition to special graphites, composite materials with a high graphite content are used up to 350°C. Oil-free high-temperature sliding bearings are available up to 800°C. | ThermTextil® || The program is rounded off by ThermTextil, which offers flexible heat protection, from fabrics to hoses, at 1400°C. Aramids up to 300°C, fiberglass textiles up to 800°C, silicon fibers up to 1200°C; oxide fibers up to 1400°C oven seals and insulation tapes; As ThermTex, AGK offers customized heat protection textiles.
